1. Age limit
You must be at least 21 years of age or older or of legal age within your state
to order tobacco products from constantshop.com. By accepting these terms and conditions
you are indicating you are of legal age to purchase cigarettes. To misrepresent
your age is a felony charge. Those found falsifying their age will be prosecuted
by the law. Surgeon General's Warning The Surgeon General has advised that smoking
is hazardous to your health:
• Smoking causes lung cancer, heart disease, emphysema, and may complicate pregnancy.
• Smoking by pregnant women may result in fetal injury, premature birth and low
birth weight.
• Cigarette smoke contains carbon monoxide. Quitting smoking now greatly reduces

for personal use only and not for resale.
2. Products
The cigarettes you buy are made in Europe, and are to European specification
unless otherwise stated. constantshop.com accepts no liability for the non-availability
of any products. In the event that the Customer's chosen product is not available,
a refund or credit note will be offered to the Customer.
3. Goods delivery
Goods are delivered by Registerd Air Mail and need to be signed for upon arrival.
If your goods are not received in time, please
email us quoting your order number.
If you are not able to quote the order number, please provide your name, the delivery
address and the approximate date of your order. We will attempt to track the order.
We ship cigarettes to US only.
4. Delivering time
The average delivery time is 2 - 3 weeks. In some rare occurrences your
packages may be delayed in the process of shipping, please let us know so we can
attempt to track your packages. Delivery time may vary depending on the country
and city you live in.
5. Shipping info
All orders are shipped within 24 hours once your check has been validated,
excluding weekends and holidays. The cartons are shipped in parcels (6 cartons per
parcel). If your order is shipped in several parcels, there is a chance that their
arrival could be a few days apart. We can't send you a single parcel containing
more cartons, because it would be subject to duty since the width and value would
not fall within the prescribed international parameters.
6. Orders
After an order is placed at constantshop.com, the Costumer is automatically notified
by E-mail when we approve and ship his/her order. Please, notice that we do not
ship orders within 12 hours to give the Costumer a possibility to change or update
his/her address and/or the order items. In such cases, those Costumers must immediately
send us an e-mail with your changes.
The order number must be enclosed when writing about changes in the order.
There is a $1000 limit when purchasing at constantshop.com. The order quantity is left
to the discretion of customers who must be aware of the laws in force in their country
and the sanctions they may incur.
7. Return policy
We want you to be totally satisfied with anything you order from us. Inspect
your purchase immediately upon receipt. If you are not satisfied with the condition
of the products, or the products are faulty or incorrect, let us know via our support
e-mail and we will give you return
instructions. Then, return the unused merchandise within 10 days of receipt and
we will exchange the merchandise or refund your credit card. The Customer will be
responsible for arranging return transportation, and postage costs thus incurred
will be on Customer's account without subsequent reimbursement. constantshop.com
is not responsible for the errors made by Customers while placing an order, i.e.
wrong brand, types in or faulty shipping address. constantshop.com cannot be held
responsible for variations in the quality of the products caused by or owing to
the acts and or omissions of the manufacturer or manufacturing process.
8. Refunds
In the unlikely event that a faulty or incorrect order is received by the Customer,
the Company will replace it immediately following our subsequent receipt of those
goods. If this is not possible we will make a full refund of the purchase price.
Such Goods must be returned to us within 10 days of receipt. The Customer will be
responsible for arranging return transportation, and postage costs thus incurred
will be on Customer's account without subsequent reimbursement . Should your goods
be seized by Customs and Excise, we are unable to refund any monies until the appeals
procedures have been undertaken and confirmation of the outcome has been received
within seven days of its conclusion in writing to the Company. In the unlikely event
that goods are not subsequently returned to you by the Customs and Excise, and having
complied with the Company's Terms and Conditions, we will replace your order FREE
OF CHARGE.
9. Online Transactions Security
Secure On-Line Credit Card Transactions using our on-line shopping basket you
can browse our site and collect items as you go. Items that are placed in the shopping
basket can be reviewed and removed at any time throughout your visit. When you have
completed selecting your purchases proceed to the checkout where you will be prompted
for your personal details. When the order is processed it will be encrypted and
passed directly to the banking system for your security and peace of mind. As a
company, we have no access to, nor do we hold any of your credit card details.
10. International Duty Laws
It is your responsibility to determine whether Internet purchases of cigarettes
in your area are prohibited under local laws. In the event that you are charged
duty upon receiving your parcel you have a choice to pay the duty or refuse the
package, in which case the package will be returned to us and you will receive a
refund for the order.
